Version 2K7 Release - March 22 2007

This is my personal script I've put together from my last 10 years on IRC,
I have found many seem to enjoy it and find it as fun and useful as I do.
The script was primarily for channel OPs but now IRCOP's and regular
users have been using it faithfully. I feel it has something for
everyone, now that everyone has offered ideas since the last release.
I also STRONGLY recommend using this script with Anope Services only
as that is how I scripted it and wont work properly or at all on other services.

This release is an upgrade to mIRC 6.21 and a rewrite
to orient the script for use on the Dragaon IRC Network as well as a few
minor changes or fixes from the 2K5 release. See below.

Also included with this package;
IPLookup.exe will retrieve all available information including
the name and address of the ISP or organization that owns
the IP you specify. Automatically activates on /dns failure or
using the popup in the channel window.

Installation; The installation program will create a
new folder called DragaonsScript\2K7 and a start menu shortcut.
This script is complete with the 32 bit mIRC program
and is all you need for a great IRC experience.
